About

My work explores the shifting boundaries between materiality, memory, and imagination. With a background rooted in ceramics, graphic arts, and digital composition, I approach visual creation as a continuous dialogue between traditional craft and contemporary image-making. The tactile discipline of ceramic modelling, which shaped my early artistic formation, continues to inform my sense of structure, rhythm, and form. Even when working digitally, I think like a maker of objects: each image is built, layered, carved, and refined as if it were a physical artefact.

Across painting, digital and new media, and visual arts, I develop compositions that merge abstraction with symbolic fragments, allowing colour, gesture, and texture to carry emotional and philosophical weight. My practice is driven by an interest in how images can hold traces of lived experience—how they can suggest what is remembered, forgotten, or transformed through time. I often work in series, exploring variations of a theme until the visual language becomes both personal and universal.

Influences such as Pollock, Richter, and Kandinsky resonate in my approach to movement, chromatic tension, and the expressive potential of abstraction . Yet my work remains anchored in my own trajectory: decades of experimentation across mediums, from mass‑produced ceramic design to independent digital painting, from political caricature to contemporary hybrid forms. This diversity has allowed me to cultivate a visual identity that is both intuitive and conceptually grounded.

In recent years, I have expanded my practice into digital art, exploring how technology can extend the possibilities of traditional craft. I am particularly interested in the intersection between hand‑made processes and digital manipulation—how the precision of software can coexist with the imperfections and spontaneity of human gesture. My current long‑term project brings these worlds together by revisiting historical figurine modelling through a contemporary digital lens, creating works that bridge past and present, memory and reinvention .

Exhibiting internationally has shaped my understanding of how audiences engage with visual language across cultures. Whether through ceramics, painting, or digital media, I aim to create works that invite contemplation—images that speak quietly but persistently, offering viewers space to reflect on their own inner landscapes. Authenticity is central to my process: each piece emerges from imagination, intuition, and the desire to build a world where form, colour, and emotion coexist in harmony.

Ultimately, my work is an ongoing exploration of how art can transcend boundaries—between mediums, between traditions, and between the visible and the unseen. I create to connect, to question, and to offer a space where the poetic and the philosophical meet in visual form.
