Safe Mode

For the first time, participants could register to take part in Safe Mode. Safe Mode allowed participants to avoid being eliminated if they missed a day. You could sign up in Safe More at registration.

Why did you register in Safe Mode?

I have significant caring responsibilities and was not sure I could take part every day

I could not take part every day in April due to religious observance

I am re/starting my practice after some time off and wanted to ease myself back in

I did not think I would be able to because of a physical constraint, chronic illness or disability

I was on holiday for part of the month and wanted to still take time off

I do not have regular access to the internet or digital devices

I did not want to feel the pressure of the challenge
