AA2A is an artist Residency Programme and Professional Practice Development at art and design institutions across the UK. Open to practising artists who have been out of formal education for at least one year and are looking to develop their creative practice through access to specialist facilities, equipment and support within a university or college environment. The 2026/27 programme includes opportunities at 18 partner institutions, with access available across a wide range of creative disciplines.
