  • If you get your password wrong 3 times in 30 minutes, you’ll be locked out for an hour. This prevents bots from guessing passwords and gaining access to your personal details. Wait to be unblocked automatically and try to log in again.

 

Some common issues you can fix yourself include:

 

 

    • Not sure what email address you registered with? Enter your email address when you try to reset your password here – it’ll tell you if your email address is registered with Artquest Exchange.

 

    • Have a Gmail email address? Make sure you’re using @gmail.com or @googlemail.com, the same as the email address you registered with.

 

  • Having to log in every visit, even though you clicked ‘Keep me signed in’? Your local cookie settings might prevent our site from remembering you, or your browser might have been updated or cleared since your last visit.
