Founded as a response to the climate and ecological emergency, BMC aims to create a future in which nature and human societies thrive. Vocational courses are fully funded by the Welsh government. Their single BA in Ecological Futures is an interdisciplinary programme combining a grounding in theories of change, creative practice based on artistic methods, ecological thinking, political economy and sociotechnical systems. Short courses cover a range of topics from practical skills like composting, tree planting and regenerative growing to more in-depth explorations of how to transform systems that are exacerbating our unsustainable economy and how to adapt and prepare for an uncertain future.
