The Rijksakademie provides a residency programme for around 25 artists from around the world each year. Open to young international visual artists with some years of professional experience after arts education. The initial work period is January to December, with the possibility of continuation for a second year. There are studio visits from visiting artists, critics, curators and other advisors.
