North Yorkshire Council (NYC) wishes to commission an artist to create a new site-specific artwork or artworks integrated into a programme of small-scale improvements projects planned for Selby Park. The artist should spend an initial period of time researching and developing ideas, working on site and with the project team. The total budget for the commission is £10,000.
