Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority (CIISA) upholds and improves standards of behaviour across the creative industries. It aims to prevent and tackle all forms of bullying, discrimination and harassment. Working first in the film, TV, theatre and music industries, CIISA aims to expand to cover all the creative industries.
CIISA’s vision is to create consistently safe and inclusive workplaces for creative industry professionals through pro-active interventions and advice, providing a single place of accountability where behaviours of concern can be reported and investigated.
Services and support include:
- a number of co-produced standards for creative industries organisations that set out the minimum standards of behaviour expected across the creative industries.
- action on the most serious and complex cases through independent investigation.
